Once a year or every 100 hours of use.
You should clean the bottom of your vessel once a month. Not only do you save on fuel but it also prevents engine break downs. Your engines are cooled by raw water so you always have to be sure you have good water flow.
If storing fuel for a long period of time you need to keep your tank full and that stops moisture from mixing with the fuel. Most times when fuel sits for over 6 months with a half tank of fuel, you will find water in the fuel.
