“I have been looking for a reliable engine repair company in Miami for over 5 years and I finally found it with Ethan at EG Marine! My Yamaha 300 Outboard has 4200 hours on it and I was experiencing low voltage issues that caused the engine to shut off. I had my previous repair company take a look and they couldn’t figure out the problem. When I called Ethan for a diagnostic he found the problem in 10 minutes. He also found out that my previous repair place wasn’t performing the services I was paying for. I still can’t believe it. I was on the verge of buying a whole new 30K engine and with the help of Ethan he replaced my stator, regulator, belts, and now my engine is running better than ever. “look no further!! this is the Mechanic we all hope for. Called Ethan on Friday and told me he was working on another job but Monday he could fit me. Monday, he sent me a message to confirm and within 30 minutes he was there ready to diagnose the issue. In no time he located the problem and told me what was wrong and If I wanted to proceed. “Thankfully I found the most reliable, knowledgeable, and priced fairly marine expert. I have had my boat serviced at overpriced marinas only for them to give a less than par service. I had major issues getting power out to the motor after 3000rpm even after a Mariana did a service on the motor. “I called EG Marine with a seriously bad situation on a newly purchased used center console, both bilge pumps and some wiring had failed. With Florida rain rolling in the bilge was rapidly filling up. I was down at my boat slip with a hand pump when I called Ethan and his team, he made time for my emergency has made thoroughly sure that my boat is now safe from the bilge onward. Safety is paramount for me as I frequently bring my family, friends and dogs on the boat and take that responsibility seriously. We all feel safer knowing that EG Marine inspected my boat and will fix any issue that comes up. In the last three or so months I have been working with EG Marine to restore and upgrade my boat, so far we have done a host of upgrades and fixes (100 hr service, rewiring motor wiring, replacing seals, fixing jackplates, rewiring teetop electronics, fixing livewells, replacing rocker switches, removing a toilet, fixing windless, fixing steering pump and so much more). “Mr Ethan of EG Mobile Marine was the consummate professional s, up on time, did tremendously fantastic work and I cannot speak more highly of them. He showed up promptly on time, perform a skilful troubleshooting in less than 12 minutes, and found the problem and it immediately fixed it. I have a 32 foot cruiser yacht with dual 5.7 l V8 Volvo Penta outdrives, and he was very skilled around this setup. After that he adressed a bilge pump float issue I need to have replaced, did it in record time as well and I cannot recommend him more. he is now my go to mechanic forever! “My experience with EG Mobile Marine Services was absolutely phenomenal. I wasn't getting power to any of my electronics, interior or exterior running lights until Ethan came along and turned my problem into something of the past. I called Ethan at about 8pm , he answered my call with a can do attitude and showed up to the boat at 9pm ready to rectify the issue at hand! When he arrived at the boat, he asked me a few questions about the boat, glanced at the the wiring setup and immediately began working on the issue. About 15 minutes later, my problem was fixed and he had even wired some new LED lights I had planned to install but didn't have the electrical power to do so. When he completed the work, he gave me a detailed explanation of what my problem was, what he had done to solve the issue, and then gave me some wiring knowledge so that the problem does not happen again.
